Well, were do I start? The following is my current bio which is somewhat of a brief explanation of my journey into the wonderful world of commercial real estate. Thanks for reading.
With over 25 years collective real estate experience, I started my real estate career in Florida back in the early 1980’s with my father and uncles in commercial construction and masonry fields. I then transitioned into the property management of high-rise parking structures, office space, self-storage facilities in both California and Texas, as well as my own personal residential properties. Later, I owned and operated my own real estate finance company in California with over ten employees originating residential, land and commercial loans nationwide. After closing the real estate finance company, I went on to become the top commercial leasing agent in 2006 for Retail Brokers Inc. (RBI) in Riverside, CA. In 2007 and 2008, I provided advisory brokerage services for over $100,000,000 in disposition of mixed-use commercial office, retail and single-tenant restaurant space in Houston, Texas.
In summary, my accomplishments to date include; $2,095,000 in residential sales and acquisitions, $3,365,462 in real estate finance, $2,578,380 in commercial retail leasing contracts and $100,927,617 in commercial investment advisory services. I am currently a principal partner on a 117 unit apartment community in Houston, TX., possess a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing and hold a California Real Estate Brokers license.
